This large self-catering house with pool and sea view is fully furnished with TV & DVD, DSTV, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and bar fridge. 

The kitchen area is downstairs and is open plan with a large sitting room/dining room area.  There is a double room and 1 twin room with a shower w/c. 

Upstairs there are 3 doubles (2 of which are ensuite) and 1 bunk bed room (which sleeps 4).  A large family bathroom with bath and shower.

The upstairs TV room has a sea view and lounge sitting area which is perfect for pre-dinner drinks and watching the passing travel or the sea!  In the secluded back garden there is a pool with some sun loungers.  The pool has an solid electrical cover for child safety.  The large braai room with built in braai is perfect for braai-ing with large table and chairs.

What you need to know: . . .

The house is situated between Main Beach (2 minutes walk) and Roman Beach (5 minute walk).  It has an outside shower - just what you need after a trip to the beach!  

Children are welcome - the house is very child friendly.  The downstairs area is large which provides ample area to run around in should the weather keep you in doors.  There is a travel cot and high chair available for use, also a toybox filled with various toys for your little ones.  The bookshelf has a selection of games, puzzles, colouring in books, crayons and books.

Linen is provided but you do need to bring your own towels.  (By special request towels can be provided for overseas visitors).   House trained pets are welcome.  This is a non-smoking house so please only smoke outside.

The house is fully alarmed and has panic buttons for fire, ambulance and the security company - which hopefully you will never have to use!
